Doe de kikkererwten, de in stukjes gesneden rode biet, de tahin, het zout, de citroensap en de komijn in de keukenmachine. Mix tot het een homogene massa, voeg indien nodig een beetje olie of een scheutje water toe om het geheel smeu\u00efger te maken.
